A nemophilist and an impressionist artist, Suvvro P Basu seamlessly weaves the patience and dynamism of nature in an intricate matrix. Suvvro is a self-taught artist whose creativity reflects his lifelong involvement with art as a way of finding himself and developing a sense of joy. His work has been widely received, with several pieces selling out via exhibitions and social media. His awards include a Global “Country Award” from Sakura’s 100-Year Anniversary Art Contest (2022).
Suvvro has shown at several exhibitions in Delhi and NCR, such as the India Art Festival and the All India Fine Arts and Craft Society’s Annual Exhibition. In 2024, he was selected for the India International Art Annual Exhibition in Bangalore, establishing himself as a new force in contemporary Indian art.
