Using a pencil, lightly draw a gentle arc on your paper. This arc will serve as the outline of your rainbow. Make it taller or wider depending on the shape your cute rainbow drawing will take.
STEP 2: Divide
Divide the arc into seven equal sections. These sections will represent the seven colours of the rainbow.
STEP 3: Rainbow Drawing Colour
Begin colouring the first section of your realistic rainbow drawing with red. Continue to the next section, colouring it orange. Repeat the process for each colour.
Once you have filled the rainbow drawing with colours, check the colour intensity and blending. Although you can keep it simple, you may also add elements such as clouds, a bright sun, or raindrops.
