You might know them because of the Foster Gwin Gallery homeless hosing scandal, but we know and revere them for their magnificent showcases and artistic collaborations. The Foster Gwin Gallery, located in the historic Jackson Square neighborhood is owned by Collier Gwin who started this private gallery in 1984. Since their operations, they have managed to pull A-listers including Arnold Schwarzenegger and David Rockefeller.
