Nisha’s artistic voyage commenced with her pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in printmaking at the prestigious College of Art, Bangalore. This foundational period she marked the inception of her artistic exploration, a journey characterised by her tireless curiosity and unquenchable creative spirit.
One of the distinctive aspects of Nisha’s artistic evolution is her unwavering commitment to exploring diverse mediums and pushing the boundaries of her creative research. Throughout her academic journey, she seized numerous opportunities to explore deep into printmaking, demonstrating her versatility and artistic ingenuity.
Nisha’s dedication and artistic prowess have not gone unnoticed, earning her a well-deserved place among the distinguished artists of her generation. Her exceptional achievements include the prestigious International Women Artist Achievers Award 2021. Furthermore, she received the esteemed Late Gopal Krishna Memorial Trust Fund Award for Graphics/Shri Pranlal Bhogilal Fund Award 2021 from the Bombay Art Society, an accolade that underscores her remarkable talent and artistic impact.
Adding another jewel to her crown, Nisha Dhinwa was honored with the Amrita Shergil Memorial Grand Award 2022 by Varnika Art Society, solidifying her position as an artist whose work resonates deeply with both the artistic community and the broader audience.
