Ariana Richards was born in 1979 inHealdsburg, CaliforniaNJ and raised to exemplify her own generation endeavors. Studying contemporary impressionists at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California is where Richards’ artistic pursuits began. Her work is undoubtfully influenced by her family’s long journey of art, dating back to early Italian painter Carlo Crivelli. Through it all, her parents encouraged their daughter to follow her artistic passion beyond acting: she enjoyed solace and self-exploration through painting and sketching, and dabbled in sculpture. As she got older, Richards came to the revelation that painting granted her a much more significant emotional outlet and fullfilment than entertainment could ever give acting by itself. She decided to focus on her art and turned a new leaf in the artistic chapter of her life.

A Painter Of Reality and Imagination

By combining imagination and real-life source images, Richards creates striking compositions that command attention.
