Empowerment, in collaboration with LT Foundation, is delighted to announce Beyond Borders: An Art and Culture Festival, a grand artistic initiative that brings together 20 distinguished artists—10 from India and 10 from around the world. Scheduled from February 21 to February 28, 2025, this week-long festival will unfold as a spectacular confluence of artistic expression, cultural dialogue, and creative collaboration.
Beyond Borders: Art as a Bridge Between Cultures
Beyond Borders envisions art as a medium to transcend geographical and cultural boundaries, fostering unity through creative exchange. The festival serves as a dynamic platform for artists to collaborate, interact, and explore diverse artistic perspectives. Through exhibitions, workshops, and interactive sessions, participants will engage in meaningful cross-cultural dialogues that nurture artistic growth and global connectivity.
The festival will feature an array of artistic mediums, including paintings, sculptures, mixed media, and immersive installations, offering a vibrant space for both emerging and established artists to examine themes of identity, heritage, and interconnectedness in an increasingly globalized world.
Participating international artists include Carola Carmin (France), Dorothee Ledermann (Brazil), Julia Bugram (Austria), Karmen Bajec (Slovenia), Nikola Markovic (Serbia), Nikoletta Antonopoulou (Greece), Nurlan Kilibaev (Kazakhstan), Tari Eszter (Hungary), Teekawut Bunyavijit (Thailand), and Zuriya Koon (Thailand). A Grand Opening and Special Honors

This special occasion will honor two eminent cultural figures—Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi, acclaimed poet, writer, and cultural administrator, and Ms. Leela Samson, renowned Bharatanatyam dancer and choreographer. Their profound contributions to the arts have significantly shaped India’s cultural landscape, and this recognition celebrates their enduring impact on the artistic community.
