The India Art Fair is bigger and better in the upcoming edition, featuring six sections; Galleries, Focus, Platform, Institutions, Studio and Outdoor Art Projects. The Gallery section is one of the most significant sections featuring Indian and international artists represented by a gallery showcasing their works. It provides a platform for galleries to promote their artists to a broader audience and attract potential buyers and collectors. In the Focus section, a single artist is represented by a gallery, which includes a well-curated round of work exhibited by that artist allowing the visitors of the fair to understand the artists’ journey, technique and themes better. The Platform section is dedicated to representing the contemporary and living traditional art practices of our diverse country. The section features diverse artworks, including traditional paintings, sculptures, textiles, and craftwork. Various museums, foundations, cultural centres and artists’ collectives come within the Institution section; it highlights the artistic mission and vision of that particular institution and their dedication towards the arts.
