Deepika Sakhat did her Masters in Visual Arts from MS University, Baroda and Diploma in drawing and painting from Vasai Vikasini College of visual arts, Vasai, Maharashtra. Her works are informed by the situations and environments that she observes. She aims to communicate her in-depth experiences of the sacred details of nature to the viewer. Deepika is mesmerised by the sacred details and the grand aesthetic of nature’s creations. Her works are an unusual representation of nature, in essence, capturing the spirit of nature that seems to be pivotal, prioritising the encasement of miraculous workings of nature’s designs in her works.
