His artistic journey has been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the KCC Art Fellowship, Goonj Fellowship, and Hyundai India Foundation’s ‘Art For Hope’ Grant. Asif’s work has been showcased at notable events like India Art Fair, Kochi Student Biennale, and Rekindled Spirits Group Show. Asif’s creative practice encompasses drawing, illustration, design, and photography, with a focus on the cultural heritage of rural landscapes. His art explores the contrasts between urban and rural living, blending architectural and structural elements through unique layering and juxtaposition techniques. He uses these themes to present the socio-political dynamics that exist across different geographies.
