The Para-isa Ananda project by Samanvay Design Studio, led by Ar. Setu V Joshi, is an interior design for an apartment and penthouse spanning 2446 sq.ft. The design adheres to VastuShastra principles, incorporating ample storage, convertible spaces, and ensuring safety for both children and an elderly resident. The aesthetic blends Zen tranquility with luxury, creating serene, uncluttered environments using high-quality materials. Key features include open space planning, enhanced natural light, a redesigned staircase, and versatile rooms. The terrace boasts a library and study that transforms into a party space, maintaining a cohesive, elegant design throughout.
