Hollywood Actor Debuts as Sculptor
Brad Pitt\’s sculptures have been unveiled at Sara Hildén Art Museum in Tampere as part of his first public art exhibition. His sculptures are part of a bigger show by British artist Thomas Houseago, alongside a ceramic series by Australian musician Nick Cave. Pitt’s nine works in the show include a moulded plaster panel titled ‘Aiming At You I Saw Me But It Was Too Late This Time’, “depicting a gunfight” between eight figures, a series of house-shaped silicone sculptures that each has been shot with a different gauge of ammunition, as well as his first sculpture, \”House A Go Go\’. India Habitat Centre Exhibiting ‘Collectively Independent 2022’
Inner Konnect Art (IKA) is preparing to host \’Collectively Independent 2022\’ from September 18 to 22, 2022 at the Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre. ‘Collectively Independent’ is an annual show which is dedicated to explore the delicate threads of affinity between creativity and its versatile approach towards the realistic world in diverse emotions, this exhibition is made up of constructive styles by different artists through different mediums. The participating artists include Bharti Verma, Gaurav Chawla, Ramesh Hawar, Ruchi Chadha, Sonali Chaudhari, Soumick Nag, Sonia Sareen, and Sumita Chandani Rekhi. Gopikrishna\’s two-chapter show on Display
Kerala based artist, Gopikrishna\’s two-chapter show \’Anything Can Happen\’ is now on display at Mumbai\’s Art Musings. The first chapter, titled \’In the Land of the Never-ending Story,\’ will be on display until October 14, 2022. The second chapter titled ‘The Everlasting Spell of Mutiny’ will be on display from October 20 to November 26, 2022.
